When a retired CIA agent suddenly visits him after nearly three decades, he is haunted by both the agency he once worked for and his own nightmares.. Production halted in March 2020 due to government restrictions. During that time, Jeff Bridges was diagnosed with and subsequently treated for non-Hodgkins lymphoma. After he recovered, the series went back into production. Bridges’ return was called a "long weekend" Featured on a July 2022 podcast.. 75th Primetime Emmy Awards (2024). I watched this miniseries because of Jeff Bridges and John Lithgow. They never disappointed, but the story and screenplay certainly did. Much of the plot was riddled with holes and the supporting cast often came off as wooden. A thriller like this should not be boring for an audience at times. Sadly, this happened to me.
