Is it perfect? No, far from it. There are too many storylines here in my opinion and the main one had some potential but was wasted in typical Sony fashion. "Spider-Man 4" I think the rumor has been blown out of proportion, so lower your expectations. The duo of Eddie and Venom is as hilarious as ever. I mean Tom Hardy and the banter between them… Sorry, the banter between Hardy and himself is the best part of these movies (Hardy does the voice of Venom). There is humor, but it can'. 39; don’t say I laughed that much because most of the jokes are childish again. It’s supposed to be a little more emotional overall since it looks like it’s the last time we see Venom (I hardly doubt it), but it ends up kind of empty. Knull is there…I think but will see how and when they'll use him again…it’s Sony after all. It’s a popcorn movie that reminds me of early 2000’s comic book movies. The action in the third act is good for the most part, with a few funny moments here and there. Are there plot holes and some problems in the story? Yes. It’s just another "Turn off your brain" Sony movie again. There are two credit scenes, the first is pretty important, the second not so much.
